"In Da House" - Patron of the Week 11/29/10

Each week we try to shine the spotlight on the audience as a way to get to know YOU better!
(MM: MelloMondays, FM: Felisha)
MM-So what’s your name and where are you from?
FM-“Felisha Monet and I’m originally from Hempstead Long Island, NY”

MM- How did you hear about MelloMondays?
FM- “I’ve been hearing about Mellos for a while now, but when I was invited by a friend, I finally decided to come out and I love it.”

MM- Do you write/perform poetry of have some performing talent?
FM-“I used to write poetry when I was younger, but I stopped a while ago. However, I am radio personality, so naturally I’m an entertainer.”

MM- Did you have a favorite poet or part of tonight?
FM-“Yeah, I really enjoyed Asia’s ‘I Love the 90s’ trivia contest”

MM- One of our poets did a verse on tattoos. Do you have any, and if so which is your most meaningful?
FM-“My most meaningful tattoo is my Onk, because it represents life”

MM- One of our poets said he was once caught with his pants down; do you have any embarrassing moments?
FM- “There’s one time; I was talking live on my radio show, and caught a little air in my mouth. I tried to suppress it but ended up burping live on air in the middle of a sentence. Also I fall out of the radio station chairs often.”

MM- Tonight’s theme was very open and erotic in nature; do you have any sexual taboos?
FM-“Yes, I’m conservative, and I heard going outside the box can be quite problematic. So I keep Pandora’s Box closed” (laughing)
